Keefe, Bruyette & Woods analyst Sanjay Sakhrani lowered the price target on Bill.com Holdings Inc. (NYSE: BILL) to $77.00 (from $95.00) while maintaining a Market Perform rating.

The analyst commented: "Remaining on Sidelines Given Macro Uncertainty; Following BILL's release of F2Q25 earnings, we are raising our F2025/F2026/F2027 EPS estimates to $1.95 (from $1.79) / $2.36 (from $2.20) / $2.78 (from $2.60), respectively, to reflect higher revenue and lower expenses. We are also lowering our PT to $77 (from $95), based on a 28x P/E multiple on F2027E EPS, and maintaining our MP rating.

BILL navigated a challenging F2Q25, balancing growth and profitability while making strategic investments. The company saw strength in its international reach and partnerships with accounting firms, leading to strong net additions. However, the macro environment remains uncertain, with mixed signals from SMB sentiment and transaction volumes. While management is seeing early green shoots around its initiatives to accelerate core revenue growth, we remain on the sidelines until there are more tangible signs of growth."
