RBC Capital analyst Mike Dahl raised the price target on Skyline Corporation (NYSE: SKY) to $96.00 (from $88.00) while maintaining a Sector Perform rating.
The analyst commented: "Estimates Rise on MH Demand/Margin Upside; Our FY'25E Adj. EBITDA rises +7% to $298 MM following the strong F3Q beat and modest F4Q guide upside. Our FY’26E EBITDA rises by +3% as ASP/mix and GM% dynamics remain more favorable than our prior estimates and MH demand remains resilient. While we expect current demand trends to remain solid in the NT, we see this as reflected in the valuation, while broader risks around macro/rates/tariffs remain. We remain Sector Perform though raise our PT to $96."
