Avalonbay Communities (AVB) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.9% to $1.75; 3.1% Yield

Avalonbay Communities (NYSE: AVB) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.75 per share, or $7 annualized. This is a 2.9% increase from the prior dividend of $1.70.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2025, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
