Stifel analyst Matthew Smith raised the price target on BellRing Brands (NYSE: BRBR) to $83.00 (from $81.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
He said, "BellRing Brands reported a strong start to FY25 with first quarter revenue and EBITDA well ahead of expectations and raised its full year guidance on the top and bottom line. First quarter revenue was up nearly 24% and EBITDA of $125.3 million was up nearly 25% and $17.8 million ahead of our estimate. Consumption growth remains a stand out with Premier measured channel sales up 17% in January and expected to accelerate in February and March with second quarter consumption up mid 20%. The company raised its FY25 revenue outlook and now expects 13%-17% growth in FY25, up 1ppt. or $20 million at the mid-point compared to its previous outlook. And, BellRing raised its EBITDA outlook by $10 million at the mid-point reflecting the strong start to the year and increased confidence over the remainder of FY25. We continue with our Buy rating and raise our target price to $83."
