Keefe, Bruyette & Woods analyst Kelly Motta raised the price target on WSFS Financial (NASDAQ: WSFS) to $68.00 (from $64.00) while maintaining a Market Perform rating.
The analyst commented: "Poised for a Profitable 2025; Raising Estimates 5-7% Post Quarter; Even with 100bps of rate cuts and the balance sheet tilting asset sensitive, NIM held in much better than we expected (actually expanding +2bps to 3.80%) due to success with managing core deposit costs and growing accounts. Additionally, wealth is poised for another year of double-digit growth, building on investments made there, and credit costs are normalizing lower as run-off portfolios become an increasingly smaller portion of the book. All told, we see WSFS generating another strong year of profitability (guide implies ROA remains ~1.25%), with our estimates 5-7% higher post quarter. Raising PT to $68; maintaining MP rating."
