Guggenheim analyst Robert Drbul raised the price target on Levi Strauss & Co. (NYSE: LEVI) to $22.00 (from $20.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "Yesterday, we attended a showroom tour to explore new product assortment with President & Chief Executive Officer Michelle Gass, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial and Growth Officer Harmit Singh, and Senior Vice President & Chief Product Officer Karyn Hillman. Management is pleased with how the company ended the year, recognizing that transformations are never a straight line. FY24 was a pivotal year, marked by significant progress in executing its strategy. The company remains brand-led and DTC first, with a strong focus on attacking structural economics to drive profitability. After further reflecting on Q4 results, trends in organic growth and management perspective on merchandising opportunities, we believe in the long-term growth opportunities management is pursuing towards its $10 billion target. Accordingly, we remain Buy rated and increase our PT to $22 (from $20 prior)."
