JPMorgan analyst Brian Ossenbeck lowered the price target on UPS (NYSE: UPS) to $120.00 (from $135.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
He said, "We first made the call to avoid UPS in our 4Q24 Preview…based on our expectations that a 4Q24 beat would be overshadowed by weaker 2025 guidance and downside risk to the 2026 outlook. This concern was crystallized by the unexpected acceleration of Amazon volume leaving the UPS network which has been a long-standing overhang on the stock."
