BofA Securities analyst Curtis Nagle raised the price target on Tempur Sealy (NYSE: TPX) to $67.00 (from $60.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "We attended an investor meeting in Las Vegas highlighting new Sealy product launch with Tempur-Sealy (TPX) CEO Scott Thompson, CFO Bhaskar Rao, North America CEO Cliff Buster, and EVP of International Hansbar Wijnand. Overall, management remains confident on another year of market outperformance in 2025 supported by new product launches and growth in international markets. We reiterate our Buy rating and raise our PO to $67 (from $60) now based on 20x our 2026E EPS (previously using 2025E), which is above TPX's five-year average of 13.5x. We think the premium multiple is justified given TPX’s strong market share gains and the potential industry recovery."
