Acuity Brands (NYSE: AYI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, or $0.68 annualized. This is a 13.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on February 14, 2025, to stockholders of record on February 3, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of January 31, 2025.
