Jefferies analyst Corey Tarlowe lowered the price target on Guess (NYSE: GES) to $14.00 (from $16.00) while maintaining a Hold rating.
The analyst comments "We hosted a fireside chat with mgmt at ICR and continue to believe GES is a strong global brand; however, NA trends remain in focus where retail has been pressured. America's wholesale has helped to offset weakness, helped by the rag & bone acquisition, while off-price trends have been better. That said, we're exercising caution, as an upward trajectory for earnings revisions is needed to help establish bottom. Reit Hold rating, PT cut to $14."
