Piper Sandler analyst Korinne Wolfmeyer raised the price target on Church & Dwight Co. Inc. (NYSE: CHD) to $128.00 (from $124.00) while maintaining a Overweight rating.
The analyst said: "We're naming CHD, IPAR, and SBH as our 2025 top ideas. We're also watching recent share performance to ensure ample opportunity for 2025 still exists, leading us to CHD as our favorite large cap idea.
CHD has proven its ability to deliver consistent volume growth and healthy margins that are expected to persist into this year (management's conservatism and acquisition opportunity provide room for further upside). We recognize CHD is a higher-multiple name, but the quality and consistency support this premium, and this is not one where we need to worry about an endof-year 2024 run-up potentially limiting 2025 performance potential."
