KeyBanc analyst Noah Zatzkin reiterated a Sector Weight rating and {REMOVEPT} price target on Winnebago Industries (NYSE: WGO).

The analyst said: "WGO reported an F1Q adj. EPS miss via margin pressure on softer revenue vs. cons., with WGO tweaking the FY25 adj. EPS guide, narrowing the range slightly ($3.10-$4.40 vs. $3.00-$4.50 prior) - the revenue outlook was unchanged. Taken together, a miss and largely unchanged guidance (same at midpt) was within the realm of our sense of investor expectations - but the miss was wider than expected, in our view. Mgmt highlighted that elevated macro pressures, a challenging retail environment, and cautious dealer appetite are anticipated to weigh on results, particularly through the remainder of 2Q. That said, WGO highlighted potential green shoots (cleaner inventory, election over, and retail turning positive in Oct., with Nov. and 1H Dec. internal retail tracking better) as positive early indicators for an improved 2H. Sitting in the offseason, we continue to take a cautious stance as affordability remains top of mind for consumers exacerbated by stubborn financing rates; remain SW, for now."
