Ameris Bancorp (NASDAQ: ABCB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is a 33.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on January 6, 2025, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of December 30, 2024.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
