Truist Securities analyst Jake Bartlett reiterated a Buy rating and $8.00 price target on Denny's Corporation (NASDAQ: DENN).
The analyst said: "Following investor meetings at our GLLR Summit with DENN's CEO, Kelli Valade, CFO, Robert Verostek, and Sr. Director of IR, Kayla Money, we have incremental confidence in DENN's ability to 1) accelerate Denny's SSS in '25 (macro and company drivers), 2) drive very strong unit growth at Keke's (recent franchisee openings in CA, CO and TX encouraging), 3) accelerate Keke's SSS in '25 (marketing, alcohol and remodels), and 4) optimize the Denny's system with accelerated closures and franchisee-to-franchisee transfers (putting stores in stronger hands). We are maintaining our ests. and $8 PT (8x EV/EBITDA), which may prove conservative."
