RBC Capital analyst Ashish Sabadra reiterated an Outperform rating and $675.00 price target on MSCI Inc. (NYSE: MSCI).
The analyst said: "Subscription sales in Index, Analytics, and Private Assets should grow double digits in FY25, driven by improving financial services budgets, solid pipeline, constructive customer dialog, normalizing sales cycles, and improved price realization. In addition, retention should improve y-oy in 2025 as the CS-UBS headwinds anniversary. MSCI's differentiated custom index solutions and solid franchise of Market Cap, Factor, Thematic, and Sustainability indices should sustain robust growth in Indices. The anniversary of the Burgiss acquisition bodes well for organic growth acceleration in Private Assets. Overall, we expect HSD revenue growth and 50bps+ margin expansion in 2025."
