KKR Real Estate Finance Trust (NYSE: KREF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2025, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of December 30, 2024.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.7 percent.
