UBS analyst Danielle Antalffy raised the price target on Medtronic, Inc. (NYSE: MDT) to $93.00 (from $90.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst comments: "MDT delivered a solid F2Q25 with organic sales growth coming in ~0.5% ahead of consensus, driving ~$0.01 of EPS upside. While some investors maybe hoped for more positive leverage on the sales beat (~1.6% ahead on a $ basis), this was a largely in-line quarter relative to where we think buyside expectations were. Also, we'd focus more on what is now MDT's 8th consecutive quarter of mid-single-digit organic sales growth vs. the extent of better leverage for now, as this is the first step to ultimately improving leverage over time. With Diabetes momentum continuing and a new product cycle ahead (Affera in Cardiac Ablation Solutions being the biggest), we now have higher conviction that MDT has built a solid foundation to sustain this level of growth, with positive leverage likely to continue to improve over time (and as new products launch)."
