Oppenheimer analyst Brian Schwartz raised the price target on Zeta Global Holdings Corp (NYSE: ZETA) to $42.00 (from $33.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst commented: "Zeta Global reported another quarter of good fundamentals upside with meaningful revenue, EBITDA, and ARPU growth in 3Q. On balance, management's 17% organic revenue growth guidance for 2025 (ex-LiveIntent) is a large decel from the low 30% organic growth this year, but also looks conservative. We think investors will also view it as derisked and look through it. Positively, this guidance sets the business up for another year of beating and raising. Bottom Line: While the 2025 revenue guidance leaves a tough optic, it still projects a low 20% organic grower when normalizing for the four-to-five point headwind from less political spending. Additionally, execution remains strong, and in our view, acquiring LiveIntent is a good pivot to the ZETA story. Reiterate Outperform rating, raise PT to $42 from $33."
