Piper Sandler analyst Clarke Jeffries raised the price target on Lightspeed Commerce (NYSE: LSPD) to $17.00 (from $15.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst commented, "Exiting 2Q25, Lightspeed will be full steam ahead on re-pivoting back to software-centric selling. As such, the company expects 2H subscription revenue to return to 8-10% y/y growth, driven by expanding outbound sales (>60% increase to reps by year-end), new software modules, select price increases to software, and returning the majority of account managers to software selling. With a pending strategic review, deal speculation is likely to overtake fundamentals for the time being and based on the company's decision to cancel the upcoming Analyst Day - a catalyst in terms of new targets is unlikely to come soon. We are raising our PT to $17 from $15 as we roll forward our five-year valuation methodology, but believe LSPD remains in a highly transitional state. Remain Neutral."
