Wells Fargo analyst Joseph O'Dea downgraded Atmus Filtration Technologies (NYSE: ATMU) from Overweight to Equal Weight with a price target of $45.00 (from $42.00).
The analyst comments "First-Fit headwinds getting tougher: We believe FF volumes were down MSD/HSD in 3Q and we have that deteriorating to down mid-teens in 4Q and staying tough in 1H25. By the end of next year we expect a volume recovery to start, but for the year, it means FF volume down ~7% in our model. We estimate continued volume growth in Aftermarket assuming a better market despite tougher comps after moving past easier destock comps. Our '25 rev est is +2.5% y/y vs cons +3.1%."
