United Bankshares (NASDAQ: UBSI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.37 per share, or $1.48 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 2, 2025, to stockholders of record on December 13, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of December 12, 2024.
