Regency Centers (REG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.2% to $0.705; 3.9% Yield

Regency Centers (NASDAQ: REG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.705 per share, or $2.82 annualized. This is a 5.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.67.

The dividend will be payable on January 3, 2025, to stockholders of record on December 16, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of December 13, 2024.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.9 percent.
