Vertex (VERX) Tops Q3 EPS by 3c, provides guidance

Vertex (NASDAQ: VERX) reported Q3 EPS of $0.16, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $170.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $165.71 million.

GUIDANCE:

Vertex sees Q4 2024 revenue of $175-178 million, versus the consensus of $174.1 million.

Adjusted EBITDA of $33 million to $37 million.
