Omega Healthcare Investors (OHI) Tops Q3 EPS by 3c ; Provides Outlook

Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE: OHI) reported Q3 EPS of $0.42, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $276.03 million versus the consensus estimate of $215.79 million.

2024 AFFO GUIDANCE INCREASED

The Company increased its expected 2024 Adjusted FFO range to be between $2.84 to $2.86 per diluted share from the previous range of $2.78 to $2.84 per diluted share.
