W. P. Carey (WPC) Misses Q3 EPS by 3c; offers guidance

W. P. Carey (NYSE: WPC) reported Q3 EPS of $0.51, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.54. Revenue for the quarter came in at $397.38 million versus the consensus estimate of $377.43 million.

AFFO GUIDANCE

The Company has narrowed its guidance range for the 2024 full year and currently expects to report AFFO of between $4.65 and $4.71 per diluted share.
