Kilroy Realty (KRC) Tops Q3 EPS by 8c, provides guidance

Kilroy Realty (NYSE: KRC) reported Q3 EPS of $0.44, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $289.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $275.86 million.

Guidance:

The Company is providing an updated Nareit-defined FFO per diluted share guidance for the full year 2024 of $4.38 to $4.44 per share, with a midpoint of $4.41 per share.
