BofA Securities analyst Robert Ohmes raised the price target on Walmart (NYSE: WMT) to $95.00 (from $85.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.

The analyst comments "Holiday was a key focus in our tour, with captivating displays across Christmas, Harvest & Halloween. As customers continue to be choiceful & look to manage their budgets by shopping earlier, WMT launched its first holiday deals event earlier than ever (online on 10/8 with 12-hour early access for WMT+ members; in stores on 10/9), which should also help customers navigate a shorter holiday shopping season this year (5 fewer days between Thanksgiving & Christmas). After a strong response the last two years, WMT will again offer “inflation-free” holiday meal weeks, and is further helping customers save through curated meal solutions online (i.e. Thanksgiving dinner for <$7 per person)."
