TD Cowen analyst Robert Moskow downgraded Constellation Brands (NYSE: STZ) from Buy to Hold with a price target of $270.00 (from $300.00).
The analyst comments "We downgrade Constellation to Hold from Buy. We continue to admire STZ's effective marketing and view its Mexican imports as well-positioned to capitalize on U.S. demographic trends. However, the decelerating pace of their growth in FY25 we believe demonstrates their correlation to broader pressures in beer and suggests risk to FY26. Also, the catalyst for positive valuation re-rating is unclear."
