Citi analyst Andrew Schmidt reiterated a Buy rating and $72.00 price target on Q2 Holdings (NYSE: QTWO).

The analyst comments "Q2 announced the appointment of Jonathan Price as CFO, effective November 2024. Current CFO David Mehok is staying on to complete the quarter and 10-Q filing, and will then depart for family reasons. Mr. Mehok has been CFO for ~4 years and was integral to profitable growth and communication emphasis. The company now has a sharper focus on subscription revenues and ramping profitability. Mr. Price has been with the company for 6+ years and brings solid strategic and operational focus. He has been integrated into corporate finance and investor relations functions for many years, so most investors are familiar. We believe the financials remain intact and expect Mr. Price to continue the profitable growth focus. Q2 remains well positioned to benefit from steady-to-growing demand for digital banking tools, particularly for business banking."
