Truist Securities analyst Terry Tillman reiterated a Buy rating and $78.00 price target on Q2 Holdings (NYSE: QTWO)
The analyst comments "Background. This morning, Q2 Holdings announced a CFO transition. Current CFO David Mehok will be departing the company in November of this year, with Jonathan Price, EVP, Strategy & Emerging Businesses promoted to CFO. According to a press release, Mr. Mehok is departing the company to spend more time with family. Mr. Mehok will remain with Q2 through the filing of the company’s 3Q24 quarterly report to facilitate a smooth transition. From a continuity standpoint, we expect minimal disruption, especially given Jonathan Price’s longstanding tenure with the company, involvement with strategic assets of the business, including Helix, Innovation Studio, and Alt-FI leaning, and institutional knowledge on the company. Mr. Price has also been actively involved in investor relations. We continue to believe that upside to subscription revenue and further growth acceleration can continue into 2025 while making good on materially improved adjusted EBTIDA and cash flow progression."
