Radiant Logistics (RLGT) PT Lowered to $8.50 at TD Cowen

TD Cowen analyst Jason Seidl lowered the price target on Radiant Logistics (NYSE: RLGT) to $8.50 (from $9.50) while maintaining a Buy rating.

The analyst comments "RLGT beat our EBITDA expectations to close its fiscal fourth quarter, driven by primarily by pricing. We expect RLGT to remain acquisitive in fiscal 2025, adding more agents into its growing network. Balance sheet remains healthy and the company remains committed to its buyback program. We lower our PT to $8.50 as we run rate off a more normalized freight environment."
