American Tower (NYSE: AMT) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.62 per share, or $6.48 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on October 25, 2024, to stockholders of record on October 9, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of October 8, 2024.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.7 percent.
