Eastgroup Properties (EGP) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10.2% to $1.40; 3% Yield

Eastgroup Properties (NYSE: EGP) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.40 per share, or $5.6 annualized. This is a 10.2% increase from the prior dividend of $1.27.

The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2024, to stockholders of record on September 30, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of September 27, 2024.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
