Liquidity Services (LQDT) Tops Q3 EPS by 4c, provides guidance

Liquidity Services (NASDAQ: LQDT) reported Q3 EPS of $0.30, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $93.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $88.82 million.

GUIDANCE:

Liquidity Services sees Q4 2024 EPS of $0.25-$0.32, versus the consensus of $0.25.
Non-GAAP Adjusted EBITDA -We expect Non-GAAP Adjusted EBITDA to range from $12.0 million to $15.0 million.
