Advanced Drainage Systems (NYSE: WMS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized. This is a 14.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.14.

The dividend will be payable on September 13, 2024, to stockholders of record on August 30, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of August 29, 2024.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.4 percent.
