Strategic Education (STRA) PT Lowered to $125 at BMO Capital

BMO Capital analyst Jeffrey Silber lowered the price target on Strategic Education (NASDAQ: STRA) to $125.00 (from $130.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.

The analyst commented, "2Q24 results beat expectations with continued strong USHE enrollment growth and accelerating ANZ enrollment growth. ETS also reported a strong quarter. Management tempered expectations for 2024 margin expansion owing to increased spending (particularly in ANZ and ETS) to support growth. We adjust our estimates and target price accordingly, though we believe yesterday's sell-off was a bit extreme."
