Peoples Financial Services Corp. (NASDAQ: PFIS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.6175 per share, or $2.47 annualized. This is a 50.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.41.

The dividend will be payable on September 13, 2024, to stockholders of record on August 30, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of August 29, 2024.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5 percent.
