Jefferies analyst Brent Thill reiterated a Buy rating and $150.00 price target on Oracle (NYSE: ORCL).
The analyst commented: "Musk's xAI and ORCL have ended talks of a potential $10B AI server deal, according to The Information. We confirmed that this deal was not included in RPO (which was $98B and grew 44% y/y in F4Q24) and that ORCL continues to see exceedingly strong demand despite the change in direction from xAI, with its pipeline growing faster than bookings and revenue. All eyes will be on the Aug Q, and we believe ORCL can continue to track towards $65B rev/45% opm in FY26."
