TRxADE HEALTH (NASDAQ: MEDS) declared a special dividend of $1.50 per share.

The dividend will be payable on July 24, 2024, to stockholders of record on July 19, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of July 18, 2024.

The annual yield on the dividend is 9.7 percent.
