DA Davidson analyst Michael Shlisky lowered the price target on Wabash National (NYSE: WNC) to $23.00 (from $27.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst commented: "We hosted investor meetings with Brent Yeagy, CEO of WNC. The takeaways were broadly positive, especially on topics outside of the current trailer & freight cycle. This includes ongoing growth in Truck Bodies; a promising launch in cold-chain products; increased parts & service; and the ramp-up of Trailer-As-A-Service (TaaS). WNC also shared a few potentially favorable thoughts on the freight & trailer capex cycle for 2025, but acknowledged that some headwinds do remain. We're not so sure things will get better in the near future. The stock could offer a great value opportunity once the situation clears up, but for now, we remain NEUTRAL."
