Goldman Sachs analyst Christine Cho initiates coverage on Yum! Brands (NYSE: YUM) with a Neutral rating and a price target of $150.00.
The analyst comments "We initiate research coverage of Yum! Brands (YUM) with a Neutral rating and 10% upside to our $150, 12-month price target. The company's meaningful tech investments have led to more than a doubling of digital sales (c.50% in the most recent quarter vs. 20% in 2019) as well as G&A leverage. Yum is now rolling into the “second parallel phase” of its technology journey which includes accelerated AI adoption and better consumer data utilization which could enable more personalized marketing strategies."
