Realty Income (O) Raises Monthly Dividend 0.2% to $0.2630; 6% Yield

Realty Income (NYSE: O) declared a monthly dividend of $0.2630 per share, or $3.156 annualized. This is a 0.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2625.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2024, to stockholders of record on July 1, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2024.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6 percent.
