Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Eric Schmidt initiates coverage on ADC Therapeutics (NYSE: ADCT) with a Overweight rating.
The analyst comments "We are initiating coverage of ADC Therapeutics with an Overweight rating. Our thesis: ADCT has all the necessary components for success in the field of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs), while trading at a very modest valuation. The company's ADC platform is distinguished by use of the highly potent payloads, PBD and exatecan. While potency can cut both ways (toxicity as well as efficacy), data from ZYNLONTA and other candidates provide support for acceptable safety ."
