LyondellBasell Industries (NYSE: LYB) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.34 per share, or $5.36 annualized. This is a 7.2% increase from the prior dividend of $1.25.

The dividend will be payable on June 10, 2024, to stockholders of record on June 3, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of May 31, 2024.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.5 percent.
