Quidel Corp (QDEL) Tops Q1 EPS by 5c; Suspends guidance

Quidel Corp (NASDAQ: QDEL) reported Q1 EPS of $0.44, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $711 million versus the consensus estimate of $693.24 million.

Following the appointment of Brian J. Blaser as President and Chief Executive Officer, QuidelOrtho is suspending its 2024 financial guidance while it assesses the business under its new President and Chief Executive Officer.
