Timken (TKR) Tops Q1 EPS by 26c, raises guidance

Timken (NYSE: TKR) reported Q1 EPS of $1.77, $0.26 better than the analyst estimate of $1.51. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.19 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.15 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Timken sees Q2 2024 EPS of $6.00-$6.30, versus the consensus of $6.06.
The company now expects revenue to be down 2 to 4 percent in total from 2023.
