Hawthorn Bancshares (NASDAQ: HWBK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $0.76 annualized. This is an 11.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.17.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2024, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2024.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.1 percent.
