Tanger Factory Outlet Centers (NYSE: SKT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share, or $1.1 annualized. This is a 5.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.26.

The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2024, to stockholders of record on April 30, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of April 29, 2024.
