SIGA Technologies (SIGA) Raises Special Dividend 33.3% to $0.60; 12.3% Yield

SIGA Technologies (NASDAQ: SIGA) declared a special dividend of $0.60 per share. This is a 33.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.45.

The dividend will be payable on April 11, 2024, to stockholders of record on March 26, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of March 25, 2024.

The annual yield on the dividend is 12.3 percent.
