Alexander & Baldwin (NYSE: ALEX) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.05), $0.19 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $52.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $46.2 million.
Guidance 2024:
FFO per diluted share: $0.95 to $1.05
Adjusted FFO per diluted share: $0.80 to $0.90
